It is based on a foundation of CARBSS = P, multi planar movement, and lines of resistance in all planes of movement—the science. The science is followed by how the programming is created and delivered. Themed workouts, daily workout design, social interaction, safety and inspiration are mixed into the recipe. Each workout is structured, but flexible to individual needs of the day whether you are training small group or one on one.
