With this workshop, developed by the MERRITHEW™ team, you will learn how to mimic the exercise essence including muscular emphasis, breath and movement patterns, stabilization and mobilization. Built to give clients and classes alike a complete-body workout, learn how cues and corrections can increase safety and effectiveness for everyone.
