Myoskeletal injuries are the result of frequent and incorrect mechanical loads on both skeletal and muscular systems. Chronic overloads (both mechanical but also physiological), incorrect training regiments, wrong training designs, inappropriate increases or decreases of training loads, high frequency training sessions, wrong nutritional strategies and many others are considering to leads in Myoskeletal injuries. However, how could we avoid them? One successful tool is to monitoring the training loads during a training session or/and season.  Thus in this section, it will be discussed the science of training loads monitoring and the methodological tools that professionals have for monitoring the training loads of their athletes and their clients as well as the proper nutritional strategies that will help to avoid Myoskeletal injuries.
