Description: Whilst EVERY persons ‘low back condition’ presents differently, we as exercise/movement professionals can aid in management of low back pain, or EVEN BETTER help in the prevention of Back pain onset! - typically when an area of the body experiences pain/trauma, it’s a symptom of somewhere else in the body NOT doing as it should (in terms of mobility, stability and strength). The low backs 2 best friends (and causative culprits) are the Hips and Thoracic spine - this workshop shows how to assess, restore and ‘own’ movement quality (for the long term) in the quest for pain free, efficient healthy movement.
